Responsibilities:

Respond to all enquiries coming over email within given timescales, efficiently and effectively
Able to recognize when a problem or query should be transferred to another department or a more senior member of staff
Deal with all correspondence as requested/required
Ensure that correct resolutions are found and involve appropriate areas in resolving problems when needed
Develop and improve your product knowledge, business- and professional skills

Requirements:

Fluent in German (Advanced) and English (at least Medium)
Strong attention to detail
Ability to adapt to a continuously changing environment and procedures
Good comanding of Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook)
Great communication and interpersonal skills
Enthusiastic, positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn
Previous experience of/ or aptitude for Customer Service (advantage)
